(Makes 4 Servings) Ingredients of Rainbow Salad:

1 cup grated beets, 1 cup grated carrots, 1 cup shredded jicama, 1 cup cucumber into strips, 1 tomato into strips, 1 green bell pepper into strips, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 cup peanuts, 1/4 mustard seeds, The dressing of lemon juice, vinegar extra virgin olive oil ,salt pepper etc.


How to prepare Rainbow Salad:
